We are seeking a results-oriented Senior   Business Development Manager with proven expertise in client management and a deep understanding of the BPO and RPO landscape.
What will you do: Client Acquisition & Management Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients in the BPO and RPO sectors.
Independently manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
Business Development Strategy Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Proposal Development & Negotiation Prepare and present compelling business proposals, service agreements, and contracts.
Negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Industry Expertise Leverage in-depth knowledge of the BPO and RPO industry to position the company as a trusted partner.
Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and best practices in outsourcing and recruitment.
Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback to the operations team to optimize service offerings based on client insights.
Who are we looking for: Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the BPO and RPO sectors (minimum 5 years).
Demonstrated ability to manage clients independently, from initial contact to post-sale support.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of BPO and RPO services, including recruitment processes, outsourcing models, and operational structures.
Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Able to speak fluent English.
Advantage to speak in Chinese but not mandatory.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
An MBA is a plus.
Work Setup: Flexibility to work remotely or from the office, with willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
