Position:Senior Business Development ManagerOverview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSenior Business Development Managerto lead and expand our business development efforts.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in the construction sector, capable of driving growth, mentoring teams, and forging long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company sales and revenue goals.
Market Expansion:Identify new markets, opportunities, and trends to expand the company's footprint.
Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster trust and repeat business.
Team Leadership:Mentor and guide the business development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing overall performance.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:Lead high-stakes negotiations and ensure successful deal closures that align with revenue targets.
Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions tailored to client needs.
Reporting:Provide detailed insights and reports on business performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Compliance:Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pmBenefits:
