QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred, ensuring candidates have a strong foundation.
Experience: Candidates with at least 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in industrial or packaging industries, will be an advantage.
Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals, are essential. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required for client relations, presentations, and reports.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Must work well with different teams to meet customer needs and achieve business goals.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to travel, adapt to market changes, and handle multiple projects effectively.
