With a competitive coverage of Trading Houses, Producers, Majors, Utilities, Merchants, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and Brokerages; Redstone Commodity Search can confidently offer you an edge in today's volatile market.Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international Agricultural Trading House that are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join their team in London, reporting directly into the CEO / CFO.Key Responsibilities / TasksFinancial Management: Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions for the Agri business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Audit Management: Interface with Auditors to manage audits for the Agri business across geographies, building effective relationships with leading global audit firms.Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage tax planning and compliance for Agri business, staying current with relevant regulations.Management Information System (MIS): Provide holistic, timely, and accurate MIS to the Agri Board, covering various business performance metrics for top management review and strategic decision-making.Reports Directly into Group CFO / CEO.Key Qualifications / ExperienceMinimum 10-15 years of experience in financial control with at least five Years in Financial Controller position within the agricultural commodities sector.Knowledge of IFRS and understanding of SYSCOHADA will be added advantage.Fully qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Tier 1 institute.Must be open to relocate to London or be based in London, and can fluently speak English and Hindi.#J-18808-Ljbffr
