Job Description1.
Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.2.
Act as key user supporting both customer order and procurement planning of SAP system.3.
Troubleshoot system errors raised by both customer order and procurement planners.4.
Support SAP data cleansing activities in regular basis.5.
Define procurement strategy ( VMI, KANBAN, call-offs) by analyzing the supplier conditions ( distance, freight mode, delivery frequency, quality issues) via ABC-XYZ method.6.
Support EOS/EOP process improvement project as part of customer order analysis.7.
Leading new plant planning tool rollout ( PILUM) with training and workshop.8.
Support material simulation activities with interns to fulfill sudden demand upside/overhanging claim from/to customers.9.
Support CaPRI-SP2 long-term capacity planning project to avoid material bottleneck risk by providing early warning to supplier.10.
Prepare reports open backlog, consignment movement.
stock coverage as when needed.11.
Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.12.
Initiate functional meeting for knowledge sharing and project status update with PDCA timeline.13.
Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.14.
Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.QualificationsBachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 3-5 years of related working experience.Programming knowledge in any languages.Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.Understanding of MRP is essential.SAP experience and S/4 Hana knowledge will be added advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
