Responsibilities:Lead division/internal LOG improvement projects.
Act as key user supporting both customer order and procurement planning of SAP system.
Troubleshoot system errors raised by both customer order and procurement planners.
Support SAP data cleansing activities on a regular basis.
Analyze AA order backlog and provide status updates.
Support EOS/EOP process improvement project as part of customer order analysis.
Lead new plant planning tool rollout to EDLs with training and workshops.
Support material simulation activities with interns to fulfill sudden demand upside/overhanging claims from/to customers.
Support CaPRI-SP2 long-term capacity planning project to avoid material bottleneck risk by providing early warning to suppliers.
Prepare reports e.g., Leveling Adherence, Attainment report, etc.
as needed.
Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g., Supplier Kanban, Production Kanban, Leveling, and EPEI for continuous improvement.
Initiate functional meetings for knowledge sharing and project status updates with PDCA timeline.
Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
