Senior Chemist

Responsibilities: Retain a high level of technical by keeping abreast with the latest techniques, improve and development of the products in conjunction with the R&D team. To monitor and ensure work progress in accordance to target schedule time and the output meet customer's requirements.Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.Ensures suitable operation, guarantees the health & safety management and maintenance of all Laboratory equipment. Performs any trainings required for internal and external customers.Possess right attitudes and willing to learn, grow and excel with the growth of the company.Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager as and when required.Requirement: A Bachelor Degree in Applied Science or Science, major in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science or any related Science Degree.With minimum 4 years of experience in the Technical team in the paint & coating industry, ink, adhesive or construction industry will have added advantage.Ability to work effectively across teams within the organizations and work under pressure.Confident, professional and welcoming personality.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Willing to travel when required.Possess own transport.Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin will be a plus, but not required.
