What You'll Do:
Lead and deliver innovative projects, from concept to completion, with a focus on IBS and BIM integration.
Collaborate with our talented team to produce game-changing designs and solutions.
Review and enhance engineering designs, ensuring they align with project goals and sustainability standards.
Visit sites, provide guidance, and ensure every detail is spot on.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everyone in sync.
Manage budgets, schedules, and reports.
What We're Looking For:

A degree in Civil Engineering (Master's or PE certification is a bonus).
7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years leading projects.
Expertise in IBS and proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks, etc.).
Hands-on experience with engineering tools likeProta ,Esteem ,ETABS ,AutoCAD , andCivil 3D .
Strong leadership skills.
A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
