Responsibilities:Overall responsible for project design execution and operation to ensure meeting project objectives and contract requirements.
Manage client design engineers and drafting personnel to assure the design and drawing are completed according to design requirements and timeline.
Coordinate & ensure all design work and preparation of specifications are carried out in good order.
Report to Project Manager/Project Director as required on project-related matters.
Assist in liaison with the client on project matters.
Adhere to and implement QMS according to documented procedures effectively.
Any other responsibilities as instructed by top management.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum eight (8) years working experience required in related field.
Good working interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and pro-active.
Good organizing and communication skills.
