Senior Clerk, Air & Ocean Operations (Work Location - Senai, Johor)

• To provide internal/external customers with the highest quality service by handling operational documentation to ensure timely shipping arrangement and shipment closing.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES     Handle cargo documentation and permit declaration.
Handle shipment invoicing and purchase transactions.
Respond to the internal/external customers in timely manner.
Ensure the work done accurately, and comply with relevant customs procedures.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE Academic : GCE 'O' Level and above Experience & knowledge : Experience in Singapore Customs cargo permit declaration is a must.
At least 2 years' experience in documentation/customer service area, preferably in freight forwarding industry.
Fluent in English and local languages required for smooth operation of business.
