Senior Client Operations Officer, Custody Services M/F

Senior Client Operations Officer, Custody Services M/FReporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the treatment of cash and security instructions received from CACEIS' clients is in line with prescribed market, net-asset-value (NAV), and treasury deadlines.
The role will support the Europe region.
CACEIS was set up in Cyberjaya, Malaysia in July 2023 with approximately 1,000 employees, following the acquisition of RBC Investor Services' European business and the Malaysia centre of excellence.
As a centre of excellence established in Malaysia for more than 15 years, the team provides asset services, custody, and payments for clients in Europe with a global operating model that maximizes efficiencies across time zones, supports 17/5 operational capability with a follow-the-sun model, enhances scalability of our global operations, and implements standardized processes.
