Senior Communications Analyst (Brand and Corporate Identity)
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to join our team to develop, govern, and enhance brand strategy and corporate identity by ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, executing integrated campaigns, and fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement.
The role focuses on building brand reputation, driving innovation, managing risks, and aligning branding efforts with PETROS' purpose, values, and strategic goals through cross-functional collaboration and high-quality content development.
WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?
Brand Strategy Development: Working with the senior leadership team, on the Group's brand and corporate identity.
Corporate identity governance: Ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across the Group and subsidiaries.
Integrated Brand Campaign: Design and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and corporate reputation.
Internal Branding: Collaborate with internal teams to foster a keen sense of corporate identity and culture within the organisation.
Reputation Management & Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with media, industry partners and potential investors, and other key stakeholders.
Content Development: Contribute towards the creation of high-quality content/visual storytelling, that aligns with the organisation's purpose and values.
Innovation in Branding: Introduce creative solutions and innovations to keep the brand dynamic and relevant in line with the organisation's purpose, values, and mandates.
Brand Protection: Develop protocols for managing brand reputation during crises or issues.
Risk Mitigation: Anticipating and addressing potential risks to the corporate image, ensuring robust creative visual strategies are in place.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and businesses to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and organisational goals.
WHAT DO I NEED TO QUALIFY?
A Bachelor's Degree in Branding, Marketing, Communications, Creative Design, or a related field.
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the creative design/industry and corporate branding sectors.
Proficiency in managing brand identity systems, corporate communications, and creative content.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
A proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.
