Process leave applications and ensure policy compliance.
Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Resolve discrepancies with department heads and employees.
Generate reports for audits and management reviews.
Employee Compensation and Benefits Management
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive compensation.
Develop performance-based incentive programs aligned with KPIs.
Administer benefits like health insurance, medical claims, and SOCSO.
Manage benefits registration, updates, and claims processing.
Educate employees on benefits and ensure policy compliance.
Review benefits annually and benchmark against industry standards.
HRMS and Reporting
Maintain and update HRMS with attendance, leave, and benefits data.
Prepare headcount analytics and compliance reports for authorities.
Ensure adherence to government regulations and company policies.
Onboarding and Orientation
Conduct orientation sessions on HR systems and policies.
Train new hires on attendance, leave, and claims processes.
Serve as a point of contact during onboarding.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies, bookings, and travel arrangements.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
Additional Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor laws.
Support HR events, initiatives, and administrative tasks as assigned.
