Job ResponsibilitiesGather market insight and customer requirements to translate to solution strategy and roadmap including in-house vs subsidiaries vs partnership development.Develop GTM strategies to position our solution key value and differentiations to target segments.Solution development including product roadmap and partner capabilities to onboard.Identify and develop value-creation opportunities from our solution and partners.Ensure commercial models support a competitive and sustainable cost.Manages the solution performance based on TechCo objectives and KPI including solution revenue, solution development, value creation and differentiation, etc.Provide regular reporting and insights on our solution performance and metrics i.e. revenue, margin, win rate, etc.Effective team interactions to execute solution strategy working closely firstly with our product houses, then subsidiaries, and working with the partnership team to onboard new partner capabilities required.Acquire deep knowledge and expertise of the Network products and solutions, and work with partners, to provide customers with the best solutions aligned with the customers' requirements.Establish and continuously improve the pre-sales life cycle from lead to opportunity, customer engagement, proposals, the closing of deals, and subsequent implementation.Job RequirementsMinimum of 10-15 years' experience.Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.Network certifications, MSc, or MBA would be a great advantage.Experience as a Network Solution and Technology Strategists.Strong solution development and GTM experience.Experience with working with our key principals i.e. Ericsson, Huawei, etc.Experience working with Solution Integrators.Strong understanding of the Network industry, and market trends & best practices.Good knowledge of end-to-end product management from concept to ready for service inclusive of the entire project gating responsibilities, liaison with intra and inter departments, and partners/vendors.Good project management skills to work with various teams to meet deliverables.Good commercial understanding and experience in benchmarking competitive pricing.Good communication and relationship/partner management skills.
