Job DescriptionResponsibilities· Analyze business processes and requirements related to contract accounts receivable and payable and translate them into functional specifications.· Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert advice on standard SAP FICA functionalities and best practices.· Design and configure SAP FICA processes including master data management, account determination, payment processing, dunning and collections, Open item management & clearing control, correspondence, Withholding tax, FICA integration with FICO , SD and CI .· Analyze the different FQevents to identify how those enhancement points can be used to achieve requirements that are not available in the standard functionality whenever required.· Conduct system testing, create test scenarios, and support end-to-end testing to ensure the integrity and accuracy of SAP FICA functionalities.· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to educate end-users on SAP FICA processes and functionalities.· Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation of FICA processes.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICA with other SAP modules or third-party applications.· Stay up to date with SAP FICA best practices, industry trends, and advancements in SAP technology to propose and implement innovative solutions.· Participate in project planning and estimation and contribute to the overall success of SAP implementation projects.Requirements· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
