Create trusted relationship with clients at senior levels. Help to extend or expand existing work to sell the client on other Aon consulting services. Resolve client issues with timelines, quality of project team. Performance to the client satisfaction.Business development in SEA with a focus on People strategy, human capital M&A, Total Rewards, and Strategic Communication.Contribute to people advisory content development through innovative ideas. Play a leading role in contributing to human capital solutions research and article or white paper or applied content to a speech or webcast.Play an important role in developing the technical / consulting skills of our team members. Support development of the HCS capabilities and offerings.Deliver strong topline growth and profitability for the firm by collaborating across solution lines and driving operational efficiencyDisplaying industry knowledge and understanding client segment trends and integrating that knowledge into advisory solutionsYou are expected to be stationed in Singapore and KLSkills And Experience That Will Lead To Success10+ years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role.) with a strong business acumen10+ years experience in a Human Capital related role preferred but not essentialExecutive presence for senior stakeholder management, facilitating C-Suites and Board of Directors discussionsAbility to work in cross-functional teams, across multiple domains like rewards, talent , people advisory etc.Solid communication skills (verbal and written)High analytical and conceptual thinking skillsKnowledge and experience in international project management and the ability to multi-taskWillingness to travel if required.Independent, proactive and customer focused.How We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
