Senior Consultant - Kuala Lumpur - Sabre Bts

Job Summary:As a Senior Consultant at BTS, you will work with leaders from top corporations, developing leadership capabilities and driving business results through impactful learning solutions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
Design and deliver people transformation projects, including capability development programs on strategy, finance, and innovation.
Facilitate senior-level workshops to develop business, leadership, or innovation acumen.
Travel regularly, mainly across Asia, to facilitate programs and manage client relationships.
Requirements:
6-10 years of relevant experience in consulting, learning and development, or a related field in South-East Asia.
Outstanding degree from a top University and/or MBA.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages.
Proven presentation and facilitation skills, with interest in finance, leadership, and innovation.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people and work collaboratively.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages.
