We are currently recruiting a Site Investigation Remediation Senior Consultant with appropriate background and qualifications to join our Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation (LPMR) team in Malaysia. A career as an ERM Employee is unique.ROLE PROFILE:To support the successful delivery of ERM projects and objectives by:Leading delivery of Phase I and Phase II ESA and EBS through the whole project life cycleSupporting delivery of risk assessment, remediation and Decommissioning, Decontamination and Demolition (DDD) as well as asset retirement worksDeveloping, implementing and maintaining proactive health and safety management program at all project sitesManaging or coordinating small to medium size projects or elements of larger projectsAssisting with preparation or technical and commercial proposal, as well as business development effortsProactively support continuous development of technical and EHS competency of the LPMR team, as well as wider business;Establishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery and engagementBuilding effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business unit and work collaborativelyMeet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal and contract requirementsDemonstrate the drive and ambition to learn and grow across a wide range of service areas and regionsQUALIFICATIONS:Relevant tertiary qualification (Science or Engineering degree) on Civil / Environmental Engineering (or equivalent)3 to 6 years' experience in supporting and managing site investigation and risk assessment works in a consultancy environment, including performing field investigation, subsurface clearance, soil / groundwater sampling as well as health and safety management and direct supervision of contractorExperiences in supporting asset retirement or DDD projectsDemonstrate great verbal and written communications skills in English, with attention to detailAble to multitask, work collaboratively in team and coach/mentor junior staffBe conversant in Microsoft applicationsDrafting/AutoCAD and GIS capabilities and experiences (preferred)Experience/knowledge in Equis Data Management System will be an added advantageOur model offers unparalleled opportunities for consultants with ambition, vision and proven expertise, providing:Unique Career Growth & Learning Opportunities in a Global EnvironmentCulture of working for an organization with "Sustainability at its heart" and a company that promotes environmental awareness within the community through the ERM FoundationDiversified Environmental, Health and Safety, Social consulting exposure across industries and locationsOpportunities to be involved in collaboration across bordersERM does not accept recruiting agency resumes.
