Senior Contract Executive (Interior Design)

Job Description Lead the Contract team in a particular project.Delegate/lead and discuss tasks with superior.Initiate/lead quotation requests.Negotiation of price with supplier.Prepare the BQ and pricing.Measurement (back up).Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.Attending project meeting.Site work evaluation.CO/VO/LOC preparation.Progress payment to client.Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.Final Account with client.Final Post show.Take off material quantity from drawing / BQ / site.Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.Job Specification Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.Min 5 (five) years of experience in Interior Design field.Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.Knowledge in using Microsoft Excel / Words / Power Point.Able to read drawings / AutoCAD Drawings (using AutoCAD software).Able to read Project Schedule.
