Key Responsibilities : To manage and negotiate complex contracts with vendors and customers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies and customer/vendor standards.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and customers, including master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer/vendor standards.
Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including monitoring deliverables and timelines, resolving disputes, and managing renewals and extensions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and procurement, to ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives and meet company requirements.
Analyse contract performance and identify areas for improvement, including risk mitigation strategies and process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and customers, including conducting regular business reviews and addressing issues as needed.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management or related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a multinational company.
Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and managing the contract lifecycle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
