Oversee the conceptualization, ideation and copywriting for the communication of all Above-The-Line, Below-The-Line, Event, Interior Design and Internal communication projects.
Key AccountabilityWrite video/television and radio scripts as well as execution for various media.
Zero tolerance for spelling or grammatical errors unless it is justifiable and relevant to the creative concept.
Delivering to the deadlines is a must.
Qualification & Working ExperienceDegree in any field with minimum working experience of 4 years in Advertising.
Master in any field.
Skills & KnowledgeExperience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics across multiple platforms (in print, online, mobile, etc.).
Crisis communication experience is a plus.
Reading, speaking, writing in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Able to lead and take ownership of campaigns.
Agile in managing stakeholders.
Must be proficient in word processing programmes like MS Word or Google Docs and must have PowerPoint and Google slides experience.
Maintain consistency in tone-of-voice throughout all campaigns, channels and products.
To stay motivated and to consistently deliver high quality communication.
Adapt to the client's side environment of working and delivery including understanding the business objectives and not just communication objectives.
Keep an eye on deliverables from external agencies and production houses in the absence of the head of copy.
Understand the airline business and the impact of external forces on brand communication.
