Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and implement strategic promotional campaigns and programmes to drive brand awareness and engagement Assist in annual and interim results announcement and production of annual and interim reports; Support planning, content design, and logistics of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, CSR programmes, stakeholder and staff engagement activities, etc. Prepare content and manage the production for communication materials such as newsletters, videos, press releases, speeches, brochures, social media posts, presentations, editorials, website, internal announcements, etc. Coordinate arrangements for corporate memberships Monitor daily news in relation to the Group and its projects Support budget planning and coordination Coach junior team members to deliver quality work Offer ad hoc support for other initiatives as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: A recognised Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines A minimum of 5 years' working experience, preferably in corporate communications, event management or community engagement in sizable companies or agencies; experience in financial communications, digital/social media communications or video production will be a strong advantage Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing A good team player who is proactive, result-oriented, detail minded, and able to work independently and under pressure to deal with complex and multiple tasks Good interpersonal and communications skills Application Procedure: We offer a good environment to grow your career.
