Senior Credit Risk Manager- Middle Market Enterprise Banking

ResponsibilitiesProvide credit decision/approval of credit propositions, credit review, temporary excesses, and transaction exceptions within authorized lending authority limit.
Engage with business units on potential opportunities including joint calls and site visits where necessary, providing guidance and advice on structuring facilities.
Work closely with business units to timely identify issues/early warning signs, ensure appropriate credit classification, and initiate appropriate risk mitigating actions for deteriorating credits.
Work with business units to define, review, and enhance Target Market and Risk Acceptance Criteria.
Perform targeted portfolio scans or reviews in response to events/developments that may have an adverse impact on overall credit quality and formulate action plans to minimize/manage risks identified.
Lead or undertake other work functions, ad hoc tasks/projects as may be required from time to time.
QualificationsA recognized Degree or equivalent, such as in Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics/Business.
Minimum 15 years of experience in credit assessment/approval in credit risk and/or credit risk policy management covering commercial credits.
Able to work under pressure with tight turnaround times.
Agile in undertaking other credit-related matters apart from the typical credit assessment/approval tasks.
Independent, self-motivated, and possess strong analytical, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
