Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure adequate opening float cash and manage cash transactions.
Prepare and serve beverages and food per HQ recipes and SOPs.
Ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
Keep equipment clean and operational.
Supervise and support junior crew members, ensuring SOP adherence.
Train and guide new and existing crew.
Conduct daily stock takes and record inventory accurately.
Reconcile stock counts with records and report discrepancies.
Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking.
Check and maintain café equipment and facilities.
Collaborate on solutions for reported issues.
Document and communicate equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years in a café or food service environment.
Work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to work 6 days per week.
Possess own transport.
Spoken Language:Malay, English
