Job DescriptionGain insights into customer trends, preferences & behaviour for necessary sales strategy adjustments to optimise customer experiences.
Lead in creating compelling and effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches.
Key account management, leading initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Be customer-centric, providing excellent sales solutions and service experience to customers.
Customer acquisition & retention, planning and delivering CRM strategies with a view to convert potential customers, retaining existing customers, and increasing brand loyalty.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Job RequirementsSPM level & above. Bilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read).
Minimum 3 years experience with top sales results in any industry.
Strategic management thinking, strong leadership skills, and a wealth of CRM experience.
Result-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and always striving for excellence.
