Job DescriptionEnsure efficiency of CRM software to improve customer's experiences.
Extract, analyse and present business data to further strengthen business performance and understand customer behaviour.
Develop content and execute planned CRM business life cycles or activities across email, SMS, apps, and other digital channels.
Collaborate closely with the content, IT and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Job RequirementsMust haves:
Diploma level or above. Proficient in English, Chinese (verbal, written & read).
Minimum 2 years experience working in the same company.
Proven record of successfulB2C strategydevelopment and implementation in improving business performance usingdigital CRM systems .
Experience in data analysis and configuration of campaign life cycles in CRM systems/software (e.g., FastTrack, SalesForce, HubSpot, SugarCRM, etc.).
Fast learner and high stress tolerance.
Strong analytical skill, data-driven in decision making.
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
