Based in Malaysia, this pivotal role will manage and optimize ad placements across various digital platforms, including Meta and Google.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends for the US Market to drive our brand's success.What You'll DoDevelop and Implement Ad Placement Strategies :Create and execute strategies for effective placement of advertisements across digital channels.Build, plan and implement the overall online marketing strategy based on the markets needed.Create and manage marketing activities, campaigns, and content through any online marketing channels.Advertising through social media channels such as Amazon, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.Monitor Ad Performance :Track ad performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.Collaborate with Content Teams :Work closely with content teams to ensure ad content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.Creation of banners for branding and advertising.Market Research and Competitor Analysis :Research competitors and provide suggestions for product and service development.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.Stay Updated with Digital Advertising Trends :Keep abreast of digital advertising best practices, new platforms, and emerging trends.Stay up to date on online marketing trends for developing marketing activities and channels.Reporting and Analysis :Prepare regular reports on ad performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations.RequirementsWho We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising/performance marketing, specializing inAmazon ad placement ,optimization , andcampaign management .Strong analytical skills withproficiency in Amazon Analyticsand other relevant tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in thecosmetic (beauty and hair care) industryis a plus.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple Amazon advertising campaigns simultaneously.BenefitsWhy Join UsWe value your professional and personal growth - fostering a positive work culture is our priority.
