Develop, implement, and optimize the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Oversee the creation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
Supervise the development of high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, and websites.
Ensure the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the Malaysian market.
Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).#J-18808-Ljbffr
