Job Description What you will be doing: Set up, implementing, managing and optimizing paid Marketing Campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms when required by clients.
Manage bidding and budget strategies on the mentioned platforms Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns Fix any errors and bugs in the performance of our ads or landing page (including the implementation of pixels and tags) Perform keyword analysis to find opportunities and better-performing keywords Provide regular internal analytics report on campaign performance (indicators) and able to provide insights and analysis in a clear and concise manner Work with our Graphic and Brand Designers to run paid ads such as banner ads or eDMs so as to help our sales or branding initiatives Track and optimize the performance of our campaigns including engagement rates for each campaign Have strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies (including identification of new trends in digital marketing and evaluate new technologies) adhering to best practice guidelines Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests including A/B and multi-variate Testings and dynamic ads optimization Qualifications What you will need At least a diploma in marketing or related fields such as analytics, communication and statistics or sciences.
6-8 Years experience in digital marketing, PPC, SEM, and social media especially in the optimisation of campaigns in a full-time role Prior experience managing a team or from an agency background will be a plus Highly analytical and data driven. Proficient in A/B testing, tracking and reporting on key metrics that measure performance in campaigns inclusive of traffic, revenue, conversions, and ROI.
Deep Knowledge of campaign setup, ad creation for FB and Google including keyword research, google analytics Highly adept and familiar in setting up and optimising Google Adwords, Facebook campaigns on FB Ads Manager (not just boosting of FB posts) Day-to-Day use of Google Analytics and other analytics dashboards Kept abreast of the latest developments in ad-tech and updates of Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin or other innovative ad-tech platforms Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visualization of Data Passionate about Digital marketing and not afraid to suggest ideas, solid excel and communication skills, and great attention to detail Preferably Google Adwords, Analytics certified, other Google certification will be a plus Additional Information The Offer Work with a team that believes in cultivating growth mindset in each and every team member A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities and a highly collaborative environment A flat hierarchy and with a high level of autonomy We believe in a happy work environment and culture!
