Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook (FB) retargeting, Instagram (IG), and Xiaohongshu.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to optimize and improve ROI.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

; Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook retargeting, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and Xiaohongshu analytics.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
