Senior Director, Business Applications (Supply Chain Planning)Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with planning & procurement executives in Malaysia, Thailand, and United States.
Translate client business & financial objectives into strategies for systemic solutions.
Define systems' north-star destination and the plan to achieve that vision.
Lead IT through the selection of a vendor and platform to achieve the intended business & financial results.
Lead IT through the design & configuration of that platform and its integration with ERP & Demand Planning systems.
Lead use-case definition, the solutions of which are to be delivered by colleagues in Analytics.
Qualifications
Proven track record of designing IT solutions that drive business results, especially reductions in inventory turns and stockouts.
Experience selecting and implementing Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, Kinaxis, and E2Open.
Proven track record of having built and led high-performing teams across multiple countries in Asia.
Track record of designing & deploying what-if scenario planning.
Experience in vertically-integrated, complex manufacturing environments.
Experience leading teams of 50.
Experience working across multiple countries (Malaysia, Thailand, India, US) and regions (APAC, North America).#J-18808-Ljbffr
