Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedSenior Data Analystto join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop complex data models, analyze trends, and create visualizations to improve decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Develop, enhance, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Spotfire.
Partner with stakeholders across departments (Manufacturing, Process, Equipment, Product, Operations) to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
Conduct advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to solve business problems and optimize processes.
Create clear and compelling data visualizations to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Lead data governance efforts and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in data analysis and reporting.
Work with the data engineering team to define data requirements, ETL processes, and ensure the availability of relevant data for analysis.
Continuously explore new data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends to improve analytical capabilities.
QualificationsEducation :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience :
3+ years of experience as a big data analyst.
Strong experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and data governance.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, clustering, forecasting).
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
Skills :
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership capabilities with experience mentoring or leading a team of data analysts.
