Job Description Responsible for Auto Packing Machine at SSD BE Responsible for equipment incurred Quality Incident Investigation & CAPA Troubleshoot & repair hard down Hands on in new Installation, Buyoff & Qualification Verify & Buyoff Sustaining team Preventive Maintenance quality Responsible for equipment related document release & update (WI, FMEA, Checklist, HIRADC, EAI, Troubleshooting Guide) Involve in equipment quality & process Audit Initiate & complete Improvement Project to support the organization goal Manage Spare Part Inventory in Warehouse Manage group of technicians Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic.
4+ years of equipment engineering experience in manufacturing industry.
Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data. Well verse in DMAIC, 5 Why, Cause & Effect, FTA Analysis tool.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
