Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Perform electrical failure analysis for Manufacturing / Quality & customer failure drives for both NPI and sustaining
Identify source of failure, either HW (NAND, ASIC, PMIC, DDR), FW, assembly process, handling, test setup etc
Work with subject matter experts / Internal stakeholders for CAPA as needed
Responsible to update / maintain the Cookbook for Debug / Manufacturing / quality failures.
Drive yield & continuous improvement action on regular basis
QualificationsRequirements:
Engineering Degree holder preferably with 3+ yrs of experience in electrical failure analysis
Detailed log and trace analysis.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Experience in using standard EFA bench tools.
Understanding of SSD architecture design.
Competency to understand Schematic Diagram, component data sheets
Competency to understand Power Management, Holdup Capacitors and Timing Startup/End.
Knowledge in using TDR, Digital Multi Meter, Oscilloscope, protocol analyzer and logic analyzer for trace/bus capture.
Knowledge in Python scripts would be an added advantage.
