Key Responsibilities: Assist and report to the production manager.
Prepare production and delivery schedule as per site installation sequence/ wallchart.
Attend all the technical issue with supervisors, sub-contractors, drawing team and main contractors.
Discuss the amendment or revised drawing with drawing team and consultant.
Provide the latest information to the team timely.
Plan, Organise & supervise the inspection works with sub-contractor, supervisors and plants RTO.
Ensure the delivery of the module/component based on the PP09 given by site.
Ensure the finish goods comply with the quality assurance and project quantity plan.
To plan the storage to cater the production daily rate.
Stock taking of the module/component to make sure the quantity enough to deliver on time.
Responsible for the NCR module to be closed before delivery to site.
Minimize the NCR for the project.
To control the quantity of the cast-in items to meet the daily production rate.
Do proper planning for cast-item, consumable items, rebar and mesh to achieve the targeted production and delivery rate.
Coordinate with project coordinator regarding any issue at site.
Keep proper record on production, delivery, incoming and usage of materials.
Ensure sub-coordinate and sub-contractor use the latest revision of the drawing for production.
Take prompt action for sub-coordinate, sub-contractor and main contractor.
Attend meeting with sub-coordinate, consultant, drawing team, sub-contractor and main contractor.
Reply all the email timely.
Response to superior timely with confident answer.
Manage the team for better outcome in term of production and quality.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
At least 2 to 3 years in precast industry.
