Key Responsibilities:
Assist and report to the production manager.
Prepare production and delivery schedule as per site installation sequence/wallchart.
Attend to all technical issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, drawing team, and main contractors.
Discuss amendments or revised drawings with the drawing team and consultant.
Provide the latest information to the team in a timely manner.
Plan, organize, and supervise the inspection works with sub-contractors, supervisors, and plants RTO.
Ensure the delivery of the module/component based on the PP09 given by the site.
Ensure finished goods comply with quality assurance and project quantity plans.
Plan storage to cater to the production daily rate.
Conduct stock taking of the module/component to ensure sufficient quantity for timely delivery.
Responsible for closing the NCR module before delivery to the site and minimizing NCR for the project.
Control the quantity of cast-in items to meet the daily production rate.
Plan properly for cast items, consumable items, rebar, and mesh to achieve the targeted production and delivery rate.
Coordinate with the project coordinator regarding any site issues.
Keep proper records of production, delivery, incoming, and usage of materials.
Ensure sub-coordinators and sub-contractors use the latest revision of the drawing for production.
Take prompt action regarding sub-coordinators, sub-contractors, and main contractors.
Attend meetings with sub-coordinators, consultants, drawing team, sub-contractors, and main contractors.
Reply to all emails in a timely manner and respond to superiors confidently.
Manage the team for better outcomes in terms of production and quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
At least 2 to 3 years in the precast industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
