In your new role you will: Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant document Support new product & equipment for ramp-up & expansion manufacturing line You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) More than 3 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals.
