Senior Engineer - Maintenance & Facilities Paint ShopCompany:Inokom Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
Responsibilities:
Support production in daily operations by ensuring all equipment is in good health and safe working condition.
Troubleshoot and advise on any production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Plan and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment under supervision.
Liaise with vendors during sourcing or purchasing of spare parts for equipment in the plant.
Supervise contractors during project execution in the plant.
Oversee subordinates in their daily work.
Maintain and update spare parts inventory regularly to avoid long downtime due to machine breakdowns.
Conduct in-house training for subordinates to enhance their technical skills and motivate them.
Assist superiors in planning and designing new equipment setups, projects, or job requisitions.
Ensure all subordinates follow company guidelines in discipline, ISO, Q4M, 5S, Kaizen, ICC, etc.
