Operational expert in managing global operations of engineering/analytics manufacturing IT applications (service transition, service operations & continuous improvements).

Drive and pro-active problem management in scope, evaluate and deploy new measures/solution for operational stability improvements.

Drive and develop automation in daily operations with the goal oflean, fast, efficient, standardized and high quality of end-to-end service delivery.

Min 3-5 years experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing systems/IT support.

Strong knowledge in data transfer, file processing methodology, system interfaces/integration.

Min 3-5 years experience in application maintenance and/or development in - Windows, Unix, Linux, Perl scripts, OutSystems, database systems (e.g Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL).

2-3 years hands-on experience in ITIL / Agile practices.
