Senior Engineer Process (Defect Density)

In your new role you will:Responsible for automated defect inspection set-up, qualification and sustaining to achieve good inspection stability and high yield.Responsible for defect density related quality and process deviation/issue troubleshooting.Provide technical support for new product transfer and product release requirement for inspection and defect density related topics.Actively involve in defect reduction, cost saving, production cycle time improvement and continuous defect density improvement program.Prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), Out of Control Plan(OCAP) and others technical documentation for production.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Master or Degree in Engineering/ Material Science/ Physics disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.Experience in automated defect inspection in wafer fabrication industry will be added advantage.Candidate who familiar with failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA),Eight Disciplines of Problem Solving Process (8D), Statistical process control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE) methodologies.Good analytical skills and data analysis with statistical method.Strong communication and written skill in English.Self-motivated and team player.Innovative and work independently to drive technical projects.Minimum two (2) years of working experience semiconductor/ electronics manufacturing industry.BenefitsCoaching, mentoring networking possibilitiesWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorFlexible working conditionsHoliday child careMedical coverageOn-site social counselling and works doctorHealth promotion programsOn-site gym, jogging paths, beachvolleyball, tennis & soccer courtOn-site canteenPrivate insurance offersFlexible transition into retirement
