Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing or any related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and process improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
