Job DescriptionWork closely with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all parties are aware of the project status, resulting in a high-efficiency and productive team.
Establish and facilitate model farm setup that implements best practices and procedures, serving as a replication scheme for future farms to save time, cost, and manpower.
Plan and analyze the workflow of the project with the team and execute the plan with high cost-efficiency to meet project objectives.
Manage project costs within the approved budget.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to clarify and negotiate project requirements.
Coordinate claims and related administrative tasks with suppliers and contractors as per organizational standards and policies.
Oversee the expansion project of the broiler and breeder farm, especially Segari, Batu Undan, and Kuala Ketil.
Perform any work or responsibility assigned by the Management as necessary.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
3 – 4 years of working experience in a relevant field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
