Lead and manage the Project management team in delivering and execution of Oil and Gas, Gas Engines and other segment projects.
Lead and manage project execution team for all segments to successfully carry out projects within budgeted cost and within time.
To ensure customer satisfaction with the end product and services.
Accountable for the safety of engineering personnel and provision of a safe workplace, including the production of Risk Assessments and safe systems of work.
Lead and motivate a team of engineers to continuously improve professionalism for self and department productivity. Recruit and develop candidates to meet the needs of the company.
Continuously update knowledge of company and related products and activities for effective job performance.
Resolve technical issues leading to eventual successful completion of project.
Maintain good working relationships with customers.
