In your new role you will: Be responsible in responding, coordinating and resolving all customer requests in Customer Interface Software tool (CMT) routed to Quality Queue and email Others Request - such as information Marking format, manufacturing location, product and manufacturing information.
Be responsible for the completion of customer survey, questionnaires include audit checklist.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the FIT report or retrieve from the web.
Responsible for consolidation of all necessary info and data to complete CDCQ document for customer submission.
Coordinate with subject matter expert for QPAC or self-generate QPAC based on Division strategy.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the ESD report or retrieve from internal database.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to provide the qualification report or retrieve from the web.
Support PPAP request in the role of notification QM or PPAP requestor Support the customer request through standard response.
Maintain and regularly update process KPI related to QSC processes for management review.
Improve standardization of IFX response toward customer for different inquiry types.
Drive digitalization within area of responsibility to improve efficiency and effectiveness You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering Preferably 3-5 years experience in Semiconductor manufacturing or in similar role of customer service Knowledge or experience in common Quality concept such as control plan, FMEA, MSA and statistics Knowledge or experience in semiconductor qualification requirement and guidance standards (eg, AEC Q100 or JEDEC) Knowledge or experience in semiconductor change management process Knowledge of PPAP will be preferred Must be able to communicate/read Mandarin (need to work with customers from China region) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
