Responsibilities:Supervise Engineers and Surface Designer and monitor projects using CAD software (CATIA).
Manage Prototype Development projects and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Develop engineering design and prototyping schedules based on established process flows.
Review and verify product designs for styling and engineering compatibility.
Coordinate and supervise New Product Development projects.
Coordinate technical integration between Engineering Design, Vendors, and Production Engineering.
Establish DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) reports and implement APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) systems in product development.
Verify technical documentation such as 2D drawings, TECS, Parts Catalogues, and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Manage Engineering team members in managing documents and delivering tasks timely.
