The company is known for its innovation, expertise, and commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to its customers.Job DescriptionTeam Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Strategic Planning:Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with corporate goals and industry trends.Project Management:Oversee multiple engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, solving complex engineering challenges.Innovation:Stay updated on industry advancements and technologies to drive innovation within the engineering team.Product Lifecycle Management:Ensure seamless product transitions and improvements.Design Optimization:Implement design for manufacturability (DFM) programs to enhance yield, cycle time, and quality.Performance Analysis:Conduct thorough performance analysis to identify and address design and process issues.Continuous Improvement:Lead and coordinate improvement programs to meet financial targets and enhance operational efficiency.Process Optimization:Initiate projects to optimize assembly processes and achieve world-class performance.Operational Excellence:Oversee the execution of assembly, debug, process, and product transfer activities.General Duties:Perform other duties as assigned by management.The Successful ApplicantEducation:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in E&E Engineering or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 15 years in engineering management, with a focus on optical communications or related technologies, at least 5 years in a management capacity.Leadership Skills:Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
