Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the design and development of processes for precision parts, molds, and dies to meet customer specifications.
Collaborating with process designers and manufacturing teams to ensure processes are optimized for efficient and high-quality production.
Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for precision parts and die fabrication.
Implementing advanced manufacturing technologies/processes for CNC machining, EDM, and Wirecut to enhance production capabilities.
Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Setting up yearly department targets, tasks to accomplish the target with timelines.
Job allocation/tasks allocation and follow-up with subordinates to achieve the target within the timelines.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
In-depth knowledge of precision machining, die fabrication, and related manufacturing processes.
Understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as CNC machining, EDM, and additive manufacturing.
Experience in implementing new methodologies and techniques to improve efficiencies of precision machining processes.
Self-driven and capable of driving his team and working with cross-functional teams.
Skilled in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
