You are responsible to manage, review and process claims submitted by contractors using the company's claim portal and workflow system.
Ensure the claims process is timely and accurate payment to contractors.
In addition, your role requires ensuring all audit and claim processes adhere to the company's policies and legal requirements.
Make an Impact by:
Maintaining comprehensive and organized records of all claims and audit activities.
Document audit findings and ensure proper storage of evidence and supporting documentation for easy retrieval of information when needed.
Communicating with contractors and internal departments to address and resolve issues related to claims or audit findings and clarify details.
Provide clear and timely updates on the status of claims and audit processes.
Preparing regular reports on claims activity, audit findings, and compliance status for management and other stakeholders.
Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in claims and audit data.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and prevent future issues.
Proposing and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identifying areas for service and procedural improvement and making recommendations to the Team Leader.
Performing any other duties assigned by the Team Leader and management.
Skills for Success:
Diploma or Degree holder in Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in the servicing industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Conscious of details and quality.
Proactive & have a great sense of urgency.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure.
Flexible in doing extended work hours if needed.
Great flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time.
