Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of ERP or project implementations, ensuring a seamless transition for clients.
- Prepare and review detailed project documentation, validate business processes, and ensure that client requirements are fully met.
- Provide high-level training and support to end-users to optimize system utilization.
- Participate in and lead pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Manage and oversee the project team, ensuring quality and timely completion of deliverables.
- Address and troubleshoot high-level issues, coordinating closely with clients to find effective solutions.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, with excellent learning ability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with strong logical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and communicate with clients effectively.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and a willingness to work overtime if required.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to swiftly diagnose and address complex issues.
- Highly motivated, quick to adapt, and committed to continuous learning.
- Proven experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation.
- Knowledge or experience in HR (Human Resources) is preferred.
- Experience Level: Open to senior candidates; competitive salary based on experience.
