Responsibilities: To manage preparations for internal and external assessments of the SEGi University & CollegesTo keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentationTo be responsible to review, edit and ensure the completeness of documentation prior to release and maintain formally published SOPs, in hardcopy and electronic form.To produce and provide reports/minutes and other forms of records To produce and provide executive summaries of all relevant internal and external documentation and outputs, as required To manage and maintain the SEGi University Group quality audit program and manage related corrective actions plans.Any other ad-hoc tasks that required by the Management. Requirements: Excellent analytical skills – numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methodsWell-versed in MS Office and Office 365 Outstanding communication skillsGreat attention to details and result drivenFamiliarity with a Learning SystemISO Certification trainedKnowledge on Occupational Safety and Health
